- Electronic control AK5000 Lambda control
PYROGAS gasification boilers are ecological boilers for burning wood and wood briquettes. The operation of the boiler is controlled by a modern electronic controller AK5000 together with a Lambda probe Bosch LSU 4.9 and a servomotor for air supply BELIMO CM24, which meets all the requirements for easy operation and high comfort.
Safe operation of the boiler is ensured by 2 safety thermostats and a safety exchanger against overheating.
Front view of the electronic controller:
1. 128 x 64 pixel graphic display with LED backlight for displaying the boiler status
2. ▲ button - switching the display of current measured values, functions or increasing the set value
3. ◄ button - switching off the exhaust fan or moving the selection to the left
4. ► button - selecting back (ESC) or moving the selection to the right
5. button - switching the display of current measured values, functions or reducing the set value
6. ENTER button
short press
- switching on the boiler, displaying the rotary knob and then switching off the boiler or adding fuel (fan at 100%)
- ending adding fuel - if it was in the adding state
- moving to the selected menu level, confirming the choice, type or saving the value
long (2s) press - moving to the user settings of the boiler automation
7. duoLED - overall status OK (green) / Error (red)

- The EBM-PAPST exhaust fan ensures reliable exhaust of flue gases into the flue and a constant combustion air ratio which is necessary for ecological combustion with high efficiency. When operating the boiler at lower temperatures, condensation of moisture from the flue gases may occur.
- The primary air inlet is located on the front of the boiler in the lower left part. Air is supplied to the boiler through a flap in the front of the boiler and then through the holes in the refractory combustion chamber and through the chimney directly to the nozzle, which preheats the air.
- The secondary air inlet is also located on the front of the boiler in the lower left part. The air is supplied to the boiler through a flap in the front of the boiler, which is automatically controlled by a BELIMO CM24 servomotor, and then through the holes in the refractory concrete nozzle of the secondary air enters directly into the refractory concrete combustion chamber, where it mixes with the gases released during combustion, which leads to the burning of harmful gases. The flap is automatically regulated by a regulator that evaluates the amount of oxygen in the flue gas measured on the BOSCH LSU 4.9 Lambda probe in the boiler chimney.
- A safety valve with a fixed maximum heating water temperature (95°C) protects the boiler against overheating. It is installed on the G 1/2" outlet pipe from the safety exchanger.
