Regulatory and security elements
- The chimney damper can be used to manually adjust the optimal chimney draft. We recommend setting the chimney draft to 0.15 mbar. The chimney damper is operated by a lever on the flue connection.
- The combustion air supply damper is located on the ash pan door and is automatically controlled by a thermostatic draft regulator, which, depending on the temperature of the heating water in the boiler body exchanger and the manually set temperature, determines the amount of primary air supplied to the combustion chamber.
- The safety valve (versions with additional numerical designation - 2 or - 3) with a fixed maximum heating water temperature (95 °C) protects the boiler against overheating. It is installed on the G 1/2" outlet pipe from the safety exchanger. If the boiler is designed with instantaneous DHW heating, the DHW draw-off adapter is installed before the safety valve.
Safety valve connection:
- The flue gas flow deflector flap is automatically controlled by the loading door.
