Statement from MTH s.r.o. :

Dear customers,

Boilers are distributed in a version according to the country of destination. We therefore do not recommend that MODRATHERM boilers be purchased by customers in a country other than the country in which the boiler will be installed, or from a sales representative other than the one responsible for the given country.

In accordance with the EN 303-5 standard, national deviations are valid in some countries, to which the given boiler corresponds and to which the given boiler can be delivered. In addition, individual countries may have their own national standards, regulations, laws according to which the products are manufactured, therefore a product purchased in another country may not comply with the standard or law valid in your country.

In case of failure to comply with this principle, the customer may lose the right to a guarantee.
