PYROGAS gasification boilers are controlled by an electronic microprocessor controller, which meets all the requirements for easy operation and high comfort. Safe operation of the boiler is ensured by safety thermostats and a safety exchanger against overheating.
The controller is equipped with the following functions:
- Setting the boiler water temperature and the DHW tank temperature
- Setting the hysteresis of the boiler water temperature and the DHW tank
- Setting the switching temperature of the CH and DHW pumps
- Automatic fan shutdown in case of fuel burnout
- Fan speed adjustable in 10 steps
- Automatic chamber ventilation during exhaust fan inactivity (adjustable pause time and fan running time)
- Summer mode (DHW tank heating only)
- DHW tank heating priority function
- Continuous operation of the CH pump
- Possibility of controlling the combustion process using PID
- Manual start of the exhaust fan, CH and DHW pump
- Boiler protection against overheating
- Thermic function - additional boiler protection against overheating
- Boiler protection against overheating in case of damage to the DHW tank sensor
- Audible alarm signaling and damage signaling sensors
- Signaling of operation of central heating and hot water pumps, flue gas fan and manual start of flue gas fan via LED diodes
