The operation of PYROGAS gasification boilers is controlled by a modern AK5000 electronic controller together with a Bosch LSU 4.9 Lambda probe and two BELIMO CM24 servomotors for primary and secondary air supply, which meets all the requirements for easy operation and high comfort.

Safe operation of the boiler is ensured by 2 safety thermostats and a safety exchanger against overheating.

1. 128 x 64 pixel graphic display with LED backlight for displaying the boiler status

3. ◄ button - switching off the exhaust fan or moving the selection to the left
4. ► button - selecting back (ESC) or moving the selection to the right
5. button - switching the display of current measured values, functions or reducing the set value

- switching on the boiler, displaying the rotary knob and then switching off the boiler or adding fuel (fan at 100%)
- ending the addition of fuel - if it was in the addition state
- moving to the selected menu level, confirming the choice, type or save value

long (2s) press – transition to user settings of boiler automation

Combustion process regulation:

  • PID controller with flue gas temperature correction optimally maintains the set temperature of the boiler outlet water by continuously controlling the fan speed
  • Correction of the combustion process to flue gas temperature significantly reduces inefficient heat loss from the boiler
  • Intelligent control of the boiler water pump
  • Optimization of the combustion process by regulating the supply of primary/secondary air to the firebox based on flue gas analysis with a Bosch Lambda probe brings:
