Regulatory and security elements
Electronic regulators of boilers PYROGAS - regulation options
- Regulator ST81
PYROGAS gasification boilers are controlled by an electronic microprocessor controller that meets all requirements for easy operation and high comfort. Safe operation of the boiler is ensured by safety thermostats and a safety exchanger against overheating
The controller is equipped with the following functions:
- Setting the boiler water temperature and the DHW tank temperature
- Setting the hysteresis of the boiler water temperature and the DHW tank
- Setting the switching temperature of the CH and DHW pumps
- Automatic fan shutdown in the event of fuel burnout
- Fan speed adjustable in 10 steps
- Automatic chamber ventilation during exhaust fan inactivity (adjustable pause time and fan running time)
- Summer mode (only DHW tank heating)
- DHW tank heating priority function
- CH pump constant operation function
- Option to connect a room controller
- Manual start of the exhaust fan, CH and DHW pump
- Boiler protection against overheating
- Thermic function - additional boiler protection against overheating
- Boiler protection against overheating in case of damage to the DHW tank sensor
- Sound alarm and sensor damage indication
- Signaling of operation of the CH and DHW pumps, flue gas fan and manual start of the flue gas fan via LED diodes
- Regulator AK5000
Another option for regulating PYROGAS gasification boilers is control via a modern electronic regulator, which meets all the requirements for easy operation and high comfort. Safe operation of the boiler is ensured by safety thermostats and a safety exchanger against overheating.

More detailed specifications can be found here. : Description of the regulator AK5000 of boilers PYROGAS
The boiler can optionally be equipped with a connection to the home network, which allows checking the basic boiler parameters and controlling them via an application on a PC/laptop.
- The EBM-PAPST exhaust fan ensures reliable exhaust of flue gases into the flue and a constant combustion air ratio which is necessary for ecological combustion with high efficiency. When operating the boiler at lower temperatures, condensation of moisture from the flue gases may occur.
- The primary air inlet opening for the primary air damper is located under the perforated front panel between the storage and ashtray doors. The function of the damper and the cleanliness of the chamber behind the damper must be checked periodically and cleaned as necessary.
- The secondary air inlet is located at the rear of the boiler body. The air flows into the boiler through channels in the refractory concrete fittings, where it is preheated and discharged directly into the combustion nozzle. The air quantity is regulated by a damper.
- The boilers are supplied either with an integrated safety exchanger, to which it is necessary to add a safety valve with a fixed maximum heating water temperature (95 °C), which protects the boiler against overheating and which is installed on the G 1/2" outlet pipe from the safety exchanger.
