WOOD BRIQUETTES
Wood briquettes are ecological fuel made of wood - shavings.
Wood material is compressed at high temperature and pressure without chemical additives. The briquettes are made of soft and hard wood, some types are characterized by a low ash content
Quality wooden briquettes are characterized by the following parameters:
- caloric value = 18,9 MJ/kg
- ash content = 0,3 - 0,4%
- water content = 8,2 - 8,5%
- do not disintegrate by burning
Wood briquettes made of biofuels with hand delivery have the longest burning time.
Briquettes are usually supplied in packs of 4 or 5 pieces with a weight of 10 kg.
Although commonly the wood briquettes can be burned in almost every boiler, their savings and quality burning will only be achieved in the boiler, which is certified for this fuel. Our new boilers PYROGAS are for wood briquettes burning certified.
